We are happy to install out of hours and always strive for zero or minimum downtime.

Prior to dispatch each device is configured in the lab and its configuration tested. The resulting test procedures are documented and used during the on site installation and for future troubleshooting.

The equipment is then installed as per the customers site and manufacturers technical guidelines. All systems are thoroughly tested to ensure their integrity and co-existence with existing network elements.
